Losses are a part of life. For many grieving follows. Facing and embracing disruptive changes, while challenging, can foster honest well-being. An overview of conspicuous, tangible, internal, and collective losses will be presented and discussed.
Ted Bowman is a grief educator. His work is about change and transitions. He has been an adjunct educator at the University of Minnesota, University of Saint Thomas, and United Theological Seminary. He is the author or editor of 6 books and of many chapters and articles in various publications.
